Medellin's 'eternal spring' keeps highs near 22-24C every month, so temperature is never the problem - rain is. The dry-season months (Dec-Feb, Jul-Aug) bring the most sun and least heavy rain for walking and sightseeing, June and September are decent shoulder months, and the two wet seasons (Mar-May and Oct-Nov) bring frequent, humid, afternoon-concentrated downpours that work against a day spent outdoors.
